hmmm, three days after christmas and four since last workout, its funny how the holiday season sapps energy faster than kryptonite (for me anyway) but all good thing must come to an end so this evenings workout will be a real test for the ol will power, the plan is to do bi’s and tri’s at the same timeĀ - 4 x 4 x 7-10.
first off i’ll probably do some straight bar curls / close grib flat bench, next will be dumbell hammer curls / head crushers followed by reverse grip curls / over head dumbell extentions and for desert some EZbar curls and some tri kickbacks mmmmmm.
after my stroke i’ll rest a bit have some dinner and sleep like a rock as early starts at work are taking thier toll on the sleep front. if i survive u’ll be hearin from me, if not…..
