Diet, Cardio, Supplements??

Its been about 5 weeks since I started a diet (high protein, low fat, low carb) I workout 4 days a week, cardio 4 times a week for 30 minutes. I take protein shakes, Excellen CLA , and Waximaze pre-work out.

Any suggestions on a better diet and supplements to loose bodyfat??? HELP!!!

I am no expert by no since othe word but I do alot of reading here and Alot of people on here have said they had sucess with LIPO 6 go to the BB store and read the reviews. I
    .

I recently started using Sesimne by Scivation its only been a week but so far I like this product because it dont give me jitters or increase my heart rate. I have a heart condtion and I have to be careful with fatburners.

I think the fat burners only give you the energy you need to burn the fat. Its the clean eating that is going to move the fat out.

High Protein, low fat, low carb? Where is your energy coming from?

Touche on AntWrig. If you’re pulling down the carbs you need to be upping your good fats along with the proteins or your body will go into a starving state and hold onto every calorie you feed it. The carbs from the waxymaize are good when timed around your workouts, but for other meals you need something more than just protein sources, and prefferably those are from whole food not all supplements.

Additional supps, throw in 500-1000mg carnitine (L-carnitine or Acetyl, doesn’t matter) before cardio. There are a number of fat burner products on the market as well. I’m partial to a few I’ve had good results with, but everyone’s different. Doing a little homework on the various ingredients will give you an idea how they work and what they’ll be doing in the body.

Well said, Trixter! Carbohydrates are not problem. It’s the timing and kind of carb. I may be low carb but even *I* consume. Best time for massive carb consumption is before and after a workout. Before you want slow digesting carbs and after you want fast digesting carbs.
