Diet, Cardio, Supplements??
June 21, 2009Its been about 5 weeks since I started a diet (high protein, low fat, low carb) I workout 4 days a week, cardio 4 times a week for 30 minutes. I take protein shakes, Excellen CLA , and Waximaze pre-work out.
Any suggestions on a better diet and supplements to loose bodyfat??? HELP!!!
