leg in butt workout to grow mass
for around 3 months i been killing my legs n butt at the gym to get them bigger, but it seems that insted of getting more im losing it…waht im doing wrong,,, now i have to give aerobics clases hreee times a week n may be 4 i dont think thins is going to help much more to get my legs n butt bigger… i would really really apreciate if anybody can advised me with a good workout rutin to perform once a week or twice..please help… i want my lower body to look better specilly my butt to look less thing n flat, i want it bigger n rounded…

There are 2 exercises that you may want to try. Squats with a wide stance are very good. Your stance should be wider than shoulder with apart and go below parallel. Also, give leg presses with a wide stance a shot. Try hitting these for 4X 8-12 each and you should pack on some size.
