I took another back picture, there is a big diffrence from the one I took July 30th and the one I took today.

<p> Workouts have been slow the last few days as I got a new tattoo on my left calf. Kind of out of the norm tattoo for me, but I heard Timm was coming into town from Iowa for the tattoo convention and I told him to draw me something up. And it&#8217;s also kind of a memorial to a good friend that died this year. It&#8217;s a Skull with an Anatomical Heart and a glow. I&#8217;m really happy with it <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>I hope everyone is doing well and workouts are rocking!!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well things are going good. i&#8217;ve been steadily losing weight. a big diffrence from late last year when the graph, though lowering, wasn&#8217;t getting a lot of swift action. now that thing&#8217;s going progressively straight down and i&#8217;m loving it.  Eating has been going well, though I did eat some biscuits and gravy when I went out with a friend last week. but damn it was good. I did manage to avoid Burger King AND even a meat pie when some friends and I went out to the Highland Games last weekend. My knee has still been acting up every now and then, it&#8217;s pissing me off. It&#8217;s not doing it enough to make me stop, but it&#8217;s just twinging every now and then. I thought about going to the doctor to see about maybe having another surgery to remove more scar tissue build up&#8230; but then I thought about down time and recovery. It took a long time before I was off crutches last time and then I was in a brace for a long time after that. Not something I want to do right now. Then to add to the knee lovelines i&#8217;ve had a few pains in my chest this last week, i&#8217;m hoping to the Gods that it&#8217;s not another pericarditis flare up. Regardless, workouts have been going well. Think I might ramp it up a bit again.  </p>

<p>I have to say I was SHOCKED to see that I had dropped 10% bodyfat since April. I was expectant to see the drop in &quot;s on my calves and theighs as i&#8217;ve been trying to do more leg oriented cardio to help that out. But was just really extatic about the BF drop.</p>
<p>Here is crossing my fingers that i&#8217;ll see another good drop like that in fewer months with this new workout routine.

I know part of it was I was being out of town in Arkansas, where I did not workout at all the 4 days I was down there and it definitely showed when I got back.<br />
and then to add to it having another inflammation flare up that lasted 2 weeks. Thou I tried to workout a bit through the pain, I just wasn&#8217;t hitting any of my goals those weeks.</p>
<p>So I decided to mix up the workout plan.. and I wasn&#8217;t really happy with it.. so I was messing around with it last night on BodyBuilding and came up with some good stuff I think. This should kick my ass into gear again so I can get back on to losing weight and gaining muscle.<br />
I added some more cardio.. which is going to kick my lungs&#8217; proverbial ass but I really need to focus on more cardio.<br />
More abs, and more arms too.</p>
<p>Anyhow.. should be good. I&#8217;m going to be dedicating a little more time to Bodybuilding.com too.. I think I get a lot of good feedback and support on there and i&#8217;ve been ignoring it to much lately.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><font face="Arial" size="2">So had some chest pain and difficulty breathing night before last, along with a fever. It continued until to yesterday morning when I decided to go in to the ER. </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" size="2">Pretty much immediately went in for a chest x-ray. Cute radioligist says &#8220;are you wearing a bra, if so we need to remove that so it won&#8217;t show up on the x-ray&#8221; So I go into the changing room and take it off.. not even thinking the whole time that.. OOHHH yeah I have 10g titanium in my nipples thats going to show up on the scan as well. So after he takes the two films and i&#8217;m waiting.. THEN I start to think about this *lol*&#8230; oohhh the look on his face when he came back out was priceless *HAHAHAHAHAHA* I think i&#8217;m going to request a copy of the films *hehe*<br />
anyhow, then went from there into my own room in the ER and was hooked up to a heart monitor, a blood saturation monitor, and a blood pressure cuff.<br />
Peed in a cup. Got stabbed for blood and an IV. Then had an EKG done.<br />
Talked with one of the Doctor&#8217;s about the possiblity of it being an infection from my suspension piercings, but with no signs of infection he was highly doubtful that that would have caused any problems. It did make for an amusing chat with him and the nurse about suspensions and the Bed &amp; Bondage in OR *lol*<br />
Then they came back to say they had left the blood out to long so had to take more, but couldn&#8217;t take it from the IV so they had to stab my other arm.<br />
Both the Chest Xray and the EKG were normal so they had me do a breathing treatment to see if it wasn&#8217;t my SIA turning into Asthma. But that didn&#8217;t do anything.<br />
Then they did a blood clot test and that turned out negative too.<br />
So they said that with all the symptoms i&#8217;m having the only explanation was an inflammation of the lining of the heart and/or lungs.<br />
So sent me home with a perscription for anti-inflammitory drugs and vicadin for the pain.<br />
They said that it could be a re-occuring condition I have problems with later, or it could be a one shot deal. But if I didn&#8217;t see any signs of improvement to come back in.<br />
Been home since about 2pm yesterday and I still feel shitty. Chest hurts like a monther f**ker, breathing is a bit better though. </font></p>

<p><font face="Arial" size="2">I&#8217;m hoping that this doesn&#8217;t kick me back a yard on working out. I&#8217;ve had pretty much no interest in eating but trying to force something down. So far just been eating a banana when I have to take my anti-inflammitory. </font>

<p>It was amazing. I posted 3 pictures here.. they didn&#8217;t go over so well in the ratings *LMAO* but not something people on here would come into contact with often.. if ever at all.</p>
<p>I think I just may have gained back the weight that I lost to gear up for this suspension *lol* the cook at the Bed &amp; Bondage was fabulous. Offered a lot of lower fat options that I tried to stick too. And I decided not to lug along the weights with me but I did do Yoga on Sat and Sun to make up for it. and I didn&#8217;t really sit down for a lot of the weekend, was running around, helping out, and pretty damn busy.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m back home, not quite healed up. but probably Thurs i&#8217;ll start my routine over again and get back into a good rotation.</p>
<p>Thanks for all the support on this past months weight loss and training for this event I was gearing up for <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' />

I&#8217;m really excited, not really nervous. My pain tolerance is extremely high so not to worried about pain. I took all of my piercings well. And after just shy of 3hrs on my ribs and my tattoo artist saying that compared to the 4+ (mostly men) he does a week I took that shit like a f**cking champ. And this from a multi-awarded tattoo artist *laugh*. <br />
So not concerned with adverse reactions to multiple piercings eiether.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m looking at this as a huge growth, to dig in deep and have a great experience that will open me up to my body and mind. I&#8217;ve always practiced a bit of meditation, as I have Tension Migraine&#8217;s and meditation helps me to relax. I was taught, through Bio-Feedback to control my body, release the tension so that the Migraine goes away. Often easier said then done, but it is the only thing that works for me since I metabolize most medications, especially pain killers, diffrently then the majority of the world so they dont work for them. Bully for me <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Anyhow&#8230;. I think it will be awesome. So far have been looking pretty good, even in the last week. So I think I will take a semi-good pic when I get hung *grin*
