doing my stats today.

 Jackson/Pollock 7 Caliper Method for BodyFat%
Chest-8, Abdominal-24, Thigh-34, Tricep-10, Subscapular-8, Suprailiac-12, Midaxillary-8
BodyFat% 21.21

Which is down from 29.7% taken in April 13th of this year.

I took another back picture, there is a big diffrence from the one I took July 30th and the one I took today.
