Things have been good.

 Workouts have been slow the last few days as I got a new tattoo on my left calf. Kind of out of the norm tattoo for me, but I heard Timm was coming into town from Iowa for the tattoo convention and I told him to draw me something up. And it’s also kind of a memorial to a good friend that died this year. It’s a Skull with an Anatomical Heart and a glow. I’m really happy with it
