Workout Revision
I’ve severely plateaued in my weight-loss.
I know part of it was I was beingĀ out of town in Arkansas, where I did not workout at all the 4 days I was down there and it definitely showed when I got back.
and then to add to it having another inflammation flare up that lasted 2 weeks. Thou I tried to workout a bit through the pain, I just wasn’t hitting any of my goals those weeks.
So I decided to mix up the workout plan.. and I wasn’t really happy with it.. so I was messing around with it last night on BodyBuilding and came up with some good stuff I think. This should kick my ass into gear again so I can get back on to losing weight and gaining muscle.
I added some more cardio.. which is going to kick my lungs’ proverbial ass but I really need to focus on more cardio.
More abs, and more arms too.
Anyhow.. should be good. I’m going to be dedicating a little more time to Bodybuilding.com too.. I think I get a lot of good feedback and support on there and i’ve been ignoring it to much lately.
