Weight loss stat’s
Sunday, December 21st, 2008So the below post "workout revision" was actually written on Dec 18th, I just had it on another blog.
I weighted myself, did the fat calculator (using Jackson Pollock 7 caliper method), and took measurements.
I have to say I was SHOCKED to see that I had dropped 10% bodyfat since April. I was expectant to see the drop in "s on my calves and theighs as i’ve been trying to do more leg oriented cardio to help that out. But was just really extatic about the BF drop.
Here is crossing my fingers that i’ll see another good drop like that in fewer months with this new workout routine.
