Well it has been a week since I went to the Doctor.I have been doing legs and cardio like I had planned.I used to HATE the elliptical but now I love it.Last night I did 34 min. and burnt 411 calories.The only reason I stopped was I had to get home to my son.I also did 410 on leg press machine which I think is good considering I haven’t trained legs in many years.Praying for healing and progress.

The wife and I took our son to Wilmington toda to play at the big park.My wife wanted TACO BELL so we did.I was very bad.I ate 1 burrito supreme,2 soft taco supremes,1 valcano and a mexican pizza.That was at 3:00 it is now 8:57 and I still feel like I want to puke.
God please give me the strength to lose these 15+LBS.

Hi I’m Neal and I just started training to compete in a strongman contest.I went to the doctor today with a swollen and painful elbow.That’s right tennis elbow.He says at least 2 weeks before I can get back in the gym for upper.Good time for legs and mutch needed cardio.
