Not that I want to Jinx things but I have not felt this in the game in a LONG time! Diet… perfect.. lifting.. perfect.. cardio.. 1 missed in a week…
I have formed a team to do a Mud Run as a fun raiser for the National MS Society on March 20th, 2010 in Jacksonville FL. For some reason this has really helped me step things into high gear. I think maybe because I want to be the strong one on the team and not the one pulling others along. Whatever it is.. I like the feeling! I have managed to put on 5+/- lbs of lbm and I am trying for even more. Bring it on…..

Ok so its been way too long since I have been on here and logged. Things are plugging along but not as fast as they should be. I have my head back in the game and finally seeing some good results… have 2 goals…. time to get them!

ehh.. got up to lift and do cardio this am and then realized how cold it was in that room… soooo cardio down… 20 min hamster wheel… I will lift this afternoon after some appointments.

ok missed logging arms day before yesterday… yesterday was off day and today is legs…
Did body comp this morning… 146 and 18.7% bf… that puts me at 118.7 +/- LBM. The comp I am planning on doing starts heavy weight at 128. I want to come in at high end of middle so right now I have to get to 7% bf to stay in middle. Thats 19 lbs over the next 23-24 weeks… I am currently losing doing cardio twice a week. 49g protein 25g fat 5 meals a day and 50 g carbs first 3 meals of the day. Yes I’m a little piggy!

Worked out with Jaime/Lora/David… too many people… too much down time I could not get into it intensity was WAY off. My numbers sucked. I did push the guys on abs…. wonder how they are gonna feel later…
