I went to an outdoors activity during my vacation this week-end, I thought that I would outperform everybody there since I consider myself to be very fit.
Well, I outperformed a lot of people but not everybody.
Being able to hang from your hands from a tightrope and make it from one 30-feet high platform to another for a distance of about 20-25 feet doesn’t seem to be an activity that bodybuilders excel at. One’s body is very heavy (more than weights) and my fingers didn’t fare too well. I took the expert course (ahem, I went through but let’s just say I finished last in that course and almost got stuck) - my fingers let go and if it wasn’t for the harness I’d be blogging using a stick in my mouth if at all…
I have to change my workout - it’s research time!

3 days straight to the gym, damn I’m getting back into it and it feels great.
I need to check out what is a reasonable rate to lose fat % and a healthy rate to lose it, we shall see and set some goals.

Went to the gym last night, I’ve been getting back on the saddle as far as Quads, Chest and Back are concerned and last night was the night for Bi/Tri/Ham/Calves. Didn’t hurt as much as I thought it would and I feel great.

Ok, it’s been a week. I’ve been a very bad boy and i’m paying for it. Last night I repeated my chest/back routine which is what would usually happen after a week. Pain but not as much, tonight, it’s bi/tri night, let’s see if the arms fare any better. It’s been 3-4 weeks for them. This is going to be interesting.

Never again am I waiting 2 weeks to get back on the saddle, my legs are killing me. And I don’t use the word "killing" loosely, they are very painfull and in total disagreement to my will.

Still haven’t gone to the gym, i’ve been going for more than a year, never took 2 weeks off. Is that a very bad thing? According to my daily visits to the scale it isn’t.
