Yesterday was a rather good workout, i’m changing my program a bit and focusing on what matters. I’ve lost a considerable amount of weight (I didn’t have a goal) and think that it’s now time to do a bit more.
It’s time to build strength so that I can start completing some of my goals.
The first entry after creating my account. The hardest thing here is going to keep putting some intelligent stuff that is worth reading. Damn, i’m hungry. 5 meals a day and I’m still hungry…
