			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>People understand that you must workout hard to see improvement.  Some people do not understand that <strong>I</strong> have to work harder at eating then working out right now.  I final think I have it under control. Eating 5 huge meals a day of lean meats and fruits and of course them Carb&#8217;s.  With that said, I want to clearly define my goals now.  1) learn more nutritional facts about foods 2) gain about 10 lb. and 3) improve my tan!
