Thursday, December 20th, 2007People understand that you must workout hard to see improvement. Some people do not understand that I have to work harder at eating then working out right now. I final think I have it under control. Eating 5 huge meals a day of lean meats and fruits and of course them Carb’s. With that said, I want to clearly define my goals now. 1) learn more nutritional facts about foods 2) gain about 10 lb. and 3) improve my tan! Anyways good luck to you all.
