I will have to say i can finally see some progess. It maybe be small but I am finally starting to get somewhere.
I started out weight 230-235 before i began doing some cardio and then adding weight training. I guess 30 some lbs is a good start.

Ugh - Cardio!!!! I HATE cardio!!!!! BUT, it will help you achieve your goals, especially when combined with a good strength training routine!

30 lbs is an excellent start. Give yourself a pat on the back and recognize your accomplishments. I have lost 16 lbs and I am so proud of the little details like my legs don’t rub together anymore, my arms actually look pretty decent now, and instead of me not being able to wear my clothes because I have put on some extra weight, I can’t fit into my clothes because I am losing the weight. Find those little things and give yourself a big pat on the back because better things are on the way.

30 lbs. is awsome!! I don’t know if Ive lost any lbs. yet, I’m afraid of the scales!!

congratulations on the great progress to this point. That is great motivation to power on for the next milestone. awesome work!
