Kick Boxing
Thursday, January 11th, 2007I finally got my boxing bag ready and did my first cardio workout on it today.
Have no clue what I am doing lol. Just jumped around and punched and kicked the bag. Got my heartrate up fast.
Need to find some good info on cardio kick boxing so that I know what the heck I am doing.
But one thing is for sure I got my heart rate up fast. So no matter if I did it right or wrong it still works for high impact cardio.
