I did it my second session of cardio today. Same as before 21 mins 1mile walking-jogging intervals….Patting myself on the back
Tomorrow is leg day so only cardio before work!

Woohooo..I’m trying to push the cardio. Today I did walking-jogging intervals for 21 mins 1 mile.
Wowers I can feel the burn in my butt and my thighs are pumping.
If I can only manage to keep pushing and stop slacking I may get somewhere.
I actually feel good about this cardio session. Plan on adding one more 20 mins or 1 mile walking-jogging session this afternoon.
