Transformation: ReDux

Today…I’m BACK!!! Whatever germs that have been bringing me down for the past month finally took me down last week. whoa! But I feel much better now, even tho it looks like I lost ALL my muscle-mass :-(

So despite a slight cough-I can’t wait to get back to working out today…I’ll probably hurt myself, but I deserve it.

Let’s DO THIS! Aargh!!! :-D

New Year-New Month-New Goals-New Workout Plan

First day back in a week-yuck. But I feel good. For this workout cycle, I’m gonna focus on my cardio and core. So everyday will be cardio-running & eliptical mostly…some jogging & cycling on the weekends. For core, one day will be weighted reps, the next unweighted with higher reps.

I’m high again, so if nothing interrupts my flow, I should sustain it…this should be fun…

Was not feeling it today-not like last week anyway. But I pushed through it, and yep-I feel AWESOME-just what I needed to re-focus my mind.

Today was cardio day…I decided a few weeks ago to give running a try…I’ve jogged a few times since, and today I decided to see how far I could go non-stop. I did 2 miles NON_STOP!! I was proud of myself. (Incline 2.5 Speed 5.0mph)

Now to understand how major that is for me, you have to understand how much I HATE running!!!!!!!!since childhood!!!!!

But I felt pretty good today. My mind is very focused right now.

Was pumped about hittin’ it today….LEGS-ugh!

I always get a little sick when I train my lower body hard…

Yep-today after squats I felt it starting…but it worked out. I just rested a few extra moments, got thru the rest of my work-out and felt GREAT!

Don’t you love when you push through the pain!?

The people on here have really been a good motivator for me.

Today 12/10/07

I had a pretty freakin’ awesome workout today! It was like I was in ‘the zone’, ya know. I’ve been high since.(lunchtime workouts). Then during recovery back at work, I had some wonderful chili my wife & I made last night.SPICE-SAY!!

To top it off-work was slow. Now THIS is a great Monday. :-)

The beginning….uh…part II?

(workout’s lunchtime)

So yesterday I started a new workout program…an eight weeker. Day one was Chest & tri’s…wow. Great workout. I love when my muscles tremble for the rest of the day, ya know?

Day 2 (today)will be Legs & abs…Day 3(thursday) will be Back & Bi’s…Day 4 (friday) will be Shoulders, Traps & abs. Cardio 3 times at least 30 mins (moderate inensity).

This is a great program I got from the fall edition of Extreme Fitness and approved by wifey (a CPT:-)

I’m trying to get back to eating as clean as possible.

Wish me fortune!
