First day back in a week-yuck. But I feel good. For this workout cycle, I’m gonna focus on my cardio and core. So everyday will be cardio-running & eliptical mostly…some jogging & cycling on the weekends. For core, one day will be weighted reps, the next unweighted with higher reps.
I’m high again, so if nothing interrupts my flow, I should sustain it…this should be fun…
