I always get a little sick when I train my lower body hard…
Yep-today after squats I felt it starting…but it worked out. I just rested a few extra moments, got thru the rest of my work-out and felt GREAT!
Don’t you love when you push through the pain!?
The people on here have really been a good motivator for me.
