The beginning….uh…part II?
Tuesday, November 6th, 2007(workout’s lunchtime)
So yesterday I started a new workout program…an eight weeker. Day one was Chest & tri’s…wow. Great workout. I love when my muscles tremble for the rest of the day, ya know?
Day 2 (today)will be Legs & abs…Day 3(thursday) will be Back & Bi’s…Day 4 (friday) will be Shoulders, Traps & abs. Cardio 3 times at least 30 mins (moderate inensity).
This is a great program I got from the fall edition of Extreme Fitness and approved by wifey (a CPT:-)
I’m trying to get back to eating as clean as possible.
