my first week had lots of up and downs to say the least. I started out full of energy and full on, 110% workouts with power, then by mid week I started to slow down. I am starting to catch the cold that is going around. This really plays on the mind when it comes to weight loss. When I don't feel good I notice that I turn to food to "comfort" me. Of course, we all know that food is only a temporary "comforting" feeling and will soon disappear and make me wanting more. I refuse to hit this cycle. I will concentrate on only eating when my meal times come and only clean foods. I will not beat myself up because I didn't get to the gym but use my energy to get better so I get hit the gym hard come Monday.
all in all the week was ok.. food was not 100% as I had a few treats but this is a new week and I can certainly strive to be better. My best plan of attack.. One day at a time
