					<description>Hey guys, good luck with this.  Stick to it as much as possible.  There's no way anyone can do it 12 months per year... you'll eventually get stressed and your body will need a rest.  That includes a couple weeks per year where you just eat crap.  You need to now and then.

As you get more shredded and eat CLEAN, take one meal every week and eat a greasy hamburger.  It actually makes your body's metabolism increase.  I didn't believe it until I did it.  I got even more peeled overnight and my muscles recovered quicker and became fuller the next day.

Don't forget the rest week... no lifting after 12 weeks of serious training.  Body needs that rest and recovery.  It actually makes you grow more.  It's like the body catches up during that week off.  I had people telling me I looked bigger, even though I felt crappy because I wasn't working out.</description>

					<description>What a coincidence ,99.99% of what majrminer said about the diet is what I've been doing for years! And with some success,I think.
I agree with everything he said but for me the single most important issue is NO carb for the evening meal.</description>
