I am back on track as of today and my goal is to stick to this for 12 weeks and hoping to see 125lbs. Not sure of my present weight but my goal is to be as cheat free as possible and to see some progress on my tummy area. Will post some pictures tonight.

Made it to the gym and it was great. I could not believe I had so much fun. So its back today again. I thought I would have been tired after half an hour on the treadmill but I was not. I did not overdo it and I was happy for that. Hoping for another good day.

Returning to the gym on monday without fail. I still have 5 weeks before I go off on vacation and I need to make some progress on the tummy area for sure. I want to do some shopping when I go on vacation so I really need to do my best. Hope for a better week next week.

I have six weeks before my anniversary and I am going to give this a shot again. Returning to the gym on monday without fail. I have been eating a little too okay. I aim to get this done as best as I can. Will try to blog everyday since I think it really helps. Sometimes I wonder where is my motivation, but I have to know it comes from me and only me. Only I can do this and only I can suceed. I really want to show all the naysayers out there or at least in my world that it can be done. I mean really we all have to take charge of our lives and be the best we can be. No one else will do it for us. So this is me making another attempt to take control of me and my life and make me the best I can be.

Going gym today and no more excuses. I feel so terrible for not going and I know I need to make the effort now. I am trying to get my focus and motivation…..consistency is key now and I need to set an example for my children.

Having a good day so far. Trying to keep my motivation up. I plan to go gym today. I have been trying to have more water by mixing the diet soda in the water. I also took my vitamins and feeling in charge of me. Hoping to have a great day.

I tried this weekend to stick to plan and while I was not 100 per cent successful I know I tried. Tommorrow I restart the gym with a vengence. I know I need to do this. Tommorrow I will post my weight after I return from the gym. I do feel extremely fat and bloated. My clothes feel tight. I have been trying though so I have to give myself credit.  Took some pictures so will post these later. Until tommorrow.

Starting an eight weeks challenge and boot camp for myself. I have about 10 weeks before my vacation and I need to get on track and on target with my body shape. So gym begins tommorrow and my diet needs to be clean and on track. Focused and ready to get myself in shape. This year will not end with me making goals about weight loss but about being healthy.

Decided that I really need to recommit and get myself in order. I have had too many bad days in between the good days. Focused on losing this weight and being in excellent shape. I feel so much better when I am in control of me and not the other way around. My goal is to ensure that I go to the gym at least 3 times a week and to eat good, healthy and clean. I need to do this for me. I have been battling the flu but I am still determined that once I am better I will get to my goal.
