Update: Short and Sweet
Friday, November 9th, 2007I took a week off of lifting this week to let my body heal a bit. I’ve been training consistently for 17-18 weeks with no break. My joints are feeling every day of that too. This past Friday I hit 201 lbs body weight. I’ve put on roughly 30 pounds since August, about 10 pounds a month! My goal is to get around 208-210 by early Feb ‘08 and then its time to get shredded. I’m planning to compete in May and June, both national qualifiers. I am also trying to line up one or two photoshoots pre/post.
