cottage cheese, tuna, lots of veggies...google this thing called the miracle noodle. they carry a few types of noodles that are super low in carbs...some are 4-5 grams per serving. check out the Keto forum under nutrition as well...hope that helps

Hello. It is hard not to get rid of those tendencies of eating the junk food. My personal favorite is cake/pie. I think your eating good, just need to put another 1-2 meals in during the day. Even if it's a protein shake or bar. The more your body eats during the day, the more it has to work; thus, burning more calories. Might work good or not for you, but it looks like good work you've done. Keep it up...Adios

"i guess"

forget the animal cuts (did you hear hydroxycut is being recalled for causing liver failure? ! ).

have some protein with your oatmeal.

make lunch your mid-morning snack.

you gotta get more meals in. your body is in 2nd-stage starvation by the time you reach each meal with your current diet, and your body will start breaking down muscle mass leaving you with a higher fat ratio.

in the meantime, pushups, situps, and invest $12 in a 10lb dumbbell, or $24 in a set.

Eating a bit more has worked well for me. I was cutting my calorie intake drastically (1000 cal a day) and I wasn't having nearly as good of workouts. Also I felt like my metabolism was slowing down and I was prone to binge eating or bad snacks. Now I'm only cutting 500 calories a day out of my diet and I'm actually losing weight faster because I'm able to have much more intense workouts. Hope this helps. All the best.

I think your snacking is the result of eating WAY too little. Summer is a long time from now, you can drop a pound a week easily and be just fine. I would only drop your calorie intake 300-400 down from your normal diet. With exercise 3 times a week that's an easy pound a week. With how little your eating you are going to be prone to cheat snacks, fatigue/poor workouts, and starvation mode. Almost everyone is guilty when dieting of taking it too hard early on. Keep it as something you can easily maintain and you'll get there. Good luck!! :)
