no carb foods??

i am starting a no carb diet and really need help in finding foods that have no carbs!

i have been eating eggs, meat and cheese, and a gallon of water a day for three days and its kinda getting boring!

so does any one know of some good foods?

summer time

well summer time is sooo close and i have3 months at the gym paid for, so im going at least 5 days a week, i am un beleivably sore! its just soo hard to keep a strict diet, i have been on the same diet for a while now and it just gets old, breakfast-oatmeal and a bannana lunch-bannana and a tablespoon of peanutbutter, dinner- 4oz of chicken  breast, and alot of steamed veggies!

well i tend to want to cheat alot, and its hard not to becasue i live with my family, and not one off them diets, so i cant just raid the cubboards and throw away all junk food!

my biggest thing is cereal i love it!

lol

i just wanna loose 15 pounds in 1 and a half months!! i need too!

soo yesterday i started my diet and taking my animal cuts!

my diet is good i guess, i have oatmeal in the morning, lunch i have a bannana and tablespoon of natural peanut butter , dinner i am having a grilled chicken breast with asparagus and an artichoke.

i really need to stard excersising! i am going to be getting a gym membership soon to golds gym! i really want to be in better shape for summer, and its comming to fast! i have like what 3 months? ahhhh

hopfully i can do this!

so i just got an eliptical machine yesterday :)

this morning i woke up, had a bowl of out meal and glass of milk.

i then got dressed and did the eliptical for 20 mins.

i got off and made my proteine shake.

then for lunch im gonna have a bannana with a tablespoon of peanut butter

after i will go on the eliptical for anothe 20 mins

then do some weights, and leglifts
dinner time i will have a bowl of veggies and some grilled pork

that will basically be my everyday diet untill summer, hopfully it works to help me get towards my goals.

wow! sooo tired!

ok so this week ive been helping my sister move!

i painted a two story house yesterday, and today i did yard work allll day, ill be going back in the morning for another round of brutal work!

i think of it as a good workout ;)

im soo sore!

cheat day

well i have decided to call today my semi cheat day!

i started off this morning with a bowl of mini weat and cherios, with some orange juice…i ussaly dont eat or drink this stuff!

i figure it wont hurt me, but for dinner tonight i plan to have frozen yogurt! my favorite! lol

i have done awsome this whole week so i needed a little bit of cheating so i dont get to bored on dieting!

busy!

well ive been dieting really good!

in the mornings i have oatmeal, and fat free milk

lunch i have a bannana with a tablesppon of peanutbutter, or somthing small like today i had a smoothie w added proteine wich was 140 calories.

dinner i have what ever were having for dinner like meat or soup, who knmows, i usally just cut out the breads and pastas and replace them with veggies, for example i went out to dinner last night and had an 8 oz sirloin steak, and green been, with some green salad.

and idont know what it is but everynight after i take a shower and im watching tv i HAVE to have a snack wich is usally  sugar free jello, popcorn, or a peice of fruit! ussaly fruit!

i have just been sooo busy that i havent had time to excersise!

ive just been doing a simple excercise 3 times a week like, taking a 3 mile bike ride, or 3 miles on the roller blades and of course abb excersises like 60 leglifts at home at least 5 times a week!

i need to loose 10 pounds by summer, and get my abbs to pop through and tone up a little bit!

i want to wear that bikini for the first time in life!~

well ive been dieting for a while which consists of, oatmeal and a glass of fatfree milk for breakfast, lunch ill have an apple or bananna with peanutbutter, and for dinner i usally have a big bowl of veggies and some sort of meat, or egg whites if we dont have meat that night.

im trying to be more active, i jogged twice this week and took some bike rides, im now looking to join an MMA gym.

i really need to get in shape for summer!!

any suggestions?

well i have been dieting for a while and now im looking for somthing fun and active to do.

sooo i know a girl that plays on a semi pro football leugue and i am really thinking of joining!
