well ive been dieting really good!
in the mornings i have oatmeal, and fat free milk
lunch i have a bannana with a tablesppon of peanutbutter, or somthing small like today i had a smoothie w added proteine wich was 140 calories.
dinner i have what ever were having for dinner like meat or soup, who knmows, i usally just cut out the breads and pastas and replace them with veggies, for example i went out to dinner last night and had an 8 oz sirloin steak, and green been, with some green salad.
and idont know what it is but everynight after i take a shower and im watching tv i HAVE to have a snack wich is usally sugar free jello, popcorn, or a peice of fruit! ussaly fruit!
i have just been sooo busy that i havent had time to excersise!
ive just been doing a simple excercise 3 times a week like, taking a 3 mile bike ride, or 3 miles on the roller blades and of course abb excersises like 60 leglifts at home at least 5 times a week!
i need to loose 10 pounds by summer, and get my abbs to pop through and tone up a little bit!
i want to wear that bikini for the first time in life!~
