summer time
well summer time is sooo close and i have3 months at the gym paid for, so im going at least 5 days a week, i am un beleivably sore! its just soo hard to keep a strict diet, i have been on the same diet for a while now and it just gets old, breakfast-oatmeal and a bannana lunch-bannana and a tablespoon of peanutbutter, dinner- 4oz of chickenĀ breast, and alot of steamed veggies!
well i tend to want to cheat alot, and its hard not to becasue i live with my family, and not one off them diets, so i cant just raid the cubboards and throw away all junk food!
my biggest thing is cereal i love it!
lol
i just wanna loose 15 pounds in 1 and a half months!! i need too!

Hello. It is hard not to get rid of those tendencies of eating the junk food. My personal favorite is cake/pie. I think your eating good, just need to put another 1-2 meals in during the day. Even if it’s a protein shake or bar. The more your body eats during the day, the more it has to work; thus, burning more calories. Might work good or not for you, but it looks like good work you’ve done. Keep it up…Adios
