soo yesterday i started my diet and taking my animal cuts!
my diet is good i guess, i have oatmeal in the morning, lunch i have a bannana and tablespoon of natural peanut butter , dinner i am having a grilled chicken breast with asparagus and an artichoke.
i really need to stard excersising! i am going to be getting a gym membership soon to golds gym! i really want to be in better shape for summer, and its comming to fast! i have like what 3 months? ahhhh
hopfully i can do this!

forget the animal cuts (did you hear hydroxycut is being recalled for causing liver failure? ! ).
have some protein with your oatmeal.
make lunch your mid-morning snack.
you gotta get more meals in. your body is in 2nd-stage starvation by the time you reach each meal with your current diet, and your body will start breaking down muscle mass leaving you with a higher fat ratio.
in the meantime, pushups, situps, and invest $12 in a 10lb dumbbell, or $24 in a set.
