new plan
so i just got an eliptical machine yesterday
this morning i woke up, had a bowl of out meal and glass of milk.
i then got dressed and did the eliptical for 20 mins.
i got off and made my proteine shake.
then for lunch im gonna have a bannana with a tablespoon of peanut butter
after i will go on the eliptical for anothe 20 mins
then do some weights, and leglifts
dinner time i will have a bowl of veggies and some grilled pork
that will basically be my everyday diet untill summer, hopfully it works to help me get towards my goals.

make sure you are getting enough whey protein… and try to spread out your diet to where you are eating every 2 to 3 hours something from the time you wake up until you go to bed… Good luck!!!!

Sounds like your free time is "eliptical time" Best to you in showing the abs.
