well today was my sisters birthday and i cheated so freaking much!

i had chhips and dip, cookies, pizza ahhhh man….alchohol does that to you!

well i worked so hard this week at the gym and this weekened is my weekend off, well last night me and my family went out to dinner to a mexican food resturaunt, well i CHEATED!!! i havent done this in at least 5 months! i had a lean burrito it consisted of grilled chicken, lettuce,tomatto, and avacado in a tortilla. it was soo good! i wish i could eat like this all the time! i miss eating this kind of food!! ughhhhh

good morning!!

so i woke up and had 1/2 cup oatmeal and a bannanna with a little bit of granola.

i have to go to work at 12, then i get off at 430 then im off to the gym!

i have been to the gym all this week doing at least 50 mins of cardio, and 15 minutes weights, i cant wait to relax this weekend! im soo sore for once and i love it!

train hard!!

soo ive been dieting for about 6 months and working out and excercising….i need a really good post workout food! i go to the gym at least 5 days a week, im in a plueto right now and cant loose any more weight :( i need some good clean eating tips if you can help me! thank you so so much!

yesterday i ate alot of stuff before i was gonna go to the gym lik, a half a cup of brown rice, two tablespoons peanutbutter, annddd a hard boiled egg!

and i didnt make it to the gym i felt so bad! i hade to work :(  after work i hate shredded pork and vegatables!

so hopfully i acan make it to the gym today after work, i had a bannanna and oatmeal just now and i have to work at 9 till 4……i wont get to eat at all during that time maybee an apple…..then ill come home eat my post workout food and go to the gym! then cheat a little tonight..i think im gonna get plain tart frozen yogurt topped with fruit…i must say sundays are my weakness..its my yogurt day lol

well i am sittin here eating breakfast..oatmeal, a bannana, and some pumpkin spice granola….well does anyone know of a good pre workout food?

ive been eating trail mix and a hard boiled egg

somtimes peanutbutter and some brown rice!

i need somthing good and new
