yesterday i ate alot of stuff before i was gonna go to the gym lik, a half a cup of brown rice, two tablespoons peanutbutter, annddd a hard boiled egg!
and i didnt make it to the gym i felt so bad! i hade to work
after work i hate shredded pork and vegatables!
so hopfully i acan make it to the gym today after work, i had a bannanna and oatmeal just now and i have to work at 9 till 4……i wont get to eat at all during that time maybee an apple…..then ill come home eat my post workout food and go to the gym! then cheat a little tonight..i think im gonna get plain tart frozen yogurt topped with fruit…i must say sundays are my weakness..its my yogurt day lol
