i need to know if this is good

ok well in the morning i have a bannanna, and a little over half a cup of oatmeal

 snack i have a hard boiled egg, and some trail mix or half and apple

then i go to the gym for 2 hours

i come back have a proteine shake

snack i have half an apple

 dinner i have steamed veggies and abot 3 inch cut of grilled chicken….is this good? or should i cut down?

im trying to loose weight and yet get toned

i had a good wok out day! i went to thegym and finally joind!

5 mins eliptical

30 mins weights

45 mins tredmill

10 mins bike!

 

i feel great!

i havent worked out for like 3 days lol

yesterday i went on the tredmill fo rlike 30 minutes thats it!

but this week im going to be working out every day! at least 20 minutes of cardio, 5 minutes weights, and jogg 25 minutes!

i need to get tonned! ive lost 40 pounds so far! WOOOHOOO!

well i didnt work out one bit yesterday, and now i feel like crap! lol

its crazy! im gonna jogg today!

soo my goal was to weigh 145 by october 25, and i weigh 144!!! annddd its not even october yet!

lol

all, this jogging and eating right really is paying off.

i now have a new goal, weigh 138 and be totally toned!!

i woke up today at 5 and had a bannanna, ill have oatmeal 1/2 cup at 8:00

 then maybee a little snack like half an apple later on, and a proteine shake for lunch,

but later on at like six im going clothes shopping because my jeans dont fitt, and then going out to dinner so im trying not to eat too much today, soo i can pig at at dinner lol im craving a huge grilled chicken salad and a green tea!!

 

cant wait :)

i feel really bad! all i did was walk my nephews to the bus stop and jogg for 25 minutes!! i need to be pushing myself to do alot more!

breakfast- bannana & oatmeal

snack- greenbeans and half an apple

lunch- proteine shake after i jogged

diner- like 2 peices of broccoli lol

what should i do?

well i woke up this morning at about 6  took my animal cuts ate half a bannana got my nephews ready for school, then walked them to the bus stop at 8 wich is like mile there and back. i came home and ate a serving of regular oatmeal with the other half of bannana, after i ate i went jogging for 20 mins, and did 20 crunches.

 im now doing school work

later i will have a snack at like 12 wich consists of a cup of green beans, one hard boiled egg, and a slice of turkey.

 

ill probably do a little jog after i eat a snack, do cardio at like 3 then eat lunch wich is my proteine shake, then go jogiing right before dinner, after ill eat dinner then relaxxxx lol

 im trying pretty hard to get my dream body!

 

any better ideas of what i should be doing?

does anyone know

if the nutra grain valley bars, the oat and honey ones are ok to eat if your trying to eat clean?

 im trying to loose weight and tone up

 i eat oatmeal in the morn w a bannana, half a nutra grain valley bar and half an apple for a snack, lunch i usally have veggies or a small salad with no dressing then dinner i have a protein shake usally….
