i need to know if this is good
Tuesday, September 30th, 2008ok well in the morning i have a bannanna, and a little over half a cup of oatmeal
snack i have a hard boiled egg, and some trail mix or half and apple
then i go to the gym for 2 hours
i come back have a proteine shake
snack i have half an apple
dinner i have steamed veggies and abot 3 inch cut of grilled chicken….is this good? or should i cut down?
im trying to loose weight and yet get toned
