Catching up, Monday did a Half-Murph before work

1 mile run

50 Pullups

100 Pushups

150 Squats

1 Mile run

finished in 26 minutes

The starting strength cycle destroyed my endurance, I was pretty sure I was going to die when I finished.

Today, 090304

I ran two miles this morning in ~20 minutes

This evening, the deadlift WOD from a few days ago

my weights were

135, 185, 245, 335, 345, 350, 355

So that was a PR, pretty exciting stuff

I will still be heading out to Torii CrossFit on saturdays to do the WOD so I can stay in practice and visit with those awesome guys out there.

So I joined a group of people on a forum I like to visit in a challenge to eat clean for 21 days. No grain or sugar is our big emphasis. I know to a lot of people on this site that is pretty normal, but for me it is brutal. I am on day two and already I have a pounding headache and I am grumpy as hell. But I am staying the course I want it to work. If anybody has any recipies or suggestions I would love to hear them!

(BTW the punishment for cheating on the "diet" is 100 burpees)
