More cardio…
I’ve increased my cardio to every weekday morning (from 3-4 times per week at night). I need to wake up at 2:30am to fit it in to my wacky schedule. 3 days and counting…. I feel a bit tired, but hope that a little more sleep and some time to get used to the new routine will help.

Cardio at any time can be well, painful…..Cardio at 230 AM????? That’s surely a form of torture that the US military should be looking into for Terrorists. Do you find yourself spouting out NAME, RANK and CEREAL NUMBER as you are doing this cardio? Make sure you take good notes; the Marines might want your feedback…..
