Time to get serious…
Saturday, July 28th, 2007Ok, now that my "weight loss" phase is over with, it’s time to get serious about gaining the RIGHT kind of weight. My body seems to be overly sensitive to carbs. Even too many complex, low GI carbs will make my midsection grow… I’ve finally figured out that my max carb intake is about 200g per day. At this level, I’ve been able to continue losing inches in my waist and NOT lose overall weight (now that I’m working out).
