This is a strange thing that i see more and more often. I had been trainning with this guy for about 6 months off and on. All he ever talked about was his beautiful and sexy his fiance was. SO i was kind a anxious to meet her. To my shock when i finally met her i think she weighed more than i do and at that time i was pushing 280 myself. I have noticed that a lot of men and including women that take such good care of their selfs why in the world would you date some body so fat and out of shape.
I am not making fun of people over weight my entire familly is some what obese with my dad weighing 500 plus pounds. FOr some reason i find this very very strange. My girlfriend does not lift weights but she does not need to, she looks great and she controls her weight.
Some of my weightlifting buddies have smokin hot ladies in there lives. I was just wondering why some one would take so much care of theirselves spending 5 to 6 days a week in the gym would date some one in such out of shape. I know every one has a body that they find attractive and that what they stick to and i cant blame them for that.
I guess you like what you like and theres nothen more i can say. I just find it very strange and unusual.

Me and my girlfriend both have tatoos. I seen a girl in the gym today and she was built awsome but she had some of the stupidest and trashy tatoos i have ever seen. I say this out of all respect to every female on body space. A lot of the women have tatoos that are absolutely beautiful and some that are not. Women i caution you, if you are going to get tatoos make sure that you think long and hard about what you want. Because bad tatoos look just down right trashy on women and also men. Tatoos are to beautify your body not destroy it. To all have a great weekend.

I am trying to drop body fat. I am trying to eat very clean and a lot of protien. I am trainning for a show in April 2010. I want to drop bodyfat untill January and then start my precontest diet. I dont want to do much cardio at this time because i dont want to lose what muscle that i do have. Does cardio eat away your muscle. I know that i will have to do cardio when i start my precontest diet. So is this a good thing to do or not. I have dropped i feel some body fat already because my muscle are starting to seperate good and plus my abs are starting to poke through. Please any advice would help. Thank you!!!

I havnt done sqauts for about 4 years now. It seems like every time i do sqauts my lower back hurts like hell for days to were i cant bend over at times. I started doing sqauts to try to get some mass to my legs. I done sqauts for 2 weeks with very light weight. This past friday i tore my back up so bad i couldnt bend over and i work in the medical field so thats not a good thing. I hope to get back in the gym on Wed. Is my age the reason for this or am i just doing something wrong.
