Welcome!
May 28, 2007So I started this year with a mentality of trying to get into shape for the army. Though I’ve never had a problem with maxing the PT test, I always seemed to stop at the minimum 100% range. I just felt there was no reason to put forth the extra effort. Now over the years I’ve observed the army personnel and the so called "PT studs" always happened to be the skinny people averaging about a buck 60. Now I’ve tried to adapt to that but I’m not going to stop lifting the way I do and start endurance training. Your just asking for muscle loss. My idea of cardio is sprints or quick HIT. I still haven’t realized why the military wants you to be able to run for miles at a time. If you care to prove me wrong, be my guest. I’m really curious how I can train to run 2miles in 10 minutes and continue to build muscle.
