I’m changing my lifting scuedeual, I will be doing squats on mon, bench press on wed, and deadlifts on fri. This will hopefully allow me to make some gains in lean mass. I will also be doing 1 warm up and 3 sets of 8-10 reps for all exercises.

Nice man. That is the same protocol that I used the first 6 months of this year and it worked very well (I did do other exercises as well). Good luck man!
