The other day I created a magazine cover called "Elder Digest", I did have a lot of fun doing it, some people saw it and laugh and some others asked Why?, seems that for some people the fact to be over 40 is the end already.
Being over 40 does not mean just that you are getting less hair on your head and more back on your back, it does not mean that you fall asleep on the couch watching TV.
I believe the age is a state of mind, when you get older your brain still young (Unless you have your brain fried watching MTV), you feel young, that is why I workout to keep my mind and body synchronized.
 I just can’t believe about people at the gym that are 22 years old and are thinking already in blood test to check their "testosterone" level because probably is decaying (HUH? At 22?), I think people needs to read more and watch less Reality Shows (Brain damage TV)
Sometimes people ask if I want to be young again well I am young but not only that I have an advantage than younger people, that I have a better economical stability, more maturity, I have reach a lot of goals and my life is more complete hence I am more happy. Why should go back? I was broke, where my body is about chicks magnet and not about health, when you are worried about Calculus or Physics.
I think am still young at 43 and very proud!… Where are my reading glasses? LOL
