Are they being banned? Not that I can tell. Double standard? I have no problem with them, or anyone else who wants to show off their body. In my opinion, the human body is beautiful and we shouldn't have to cover it up. However, people will get offended and that's just life. If certain things must be done by the moderators to ensure minors are not exposed to things they don't understand, and to ensure the predators don't proliferate here, then those rules should extend to everyone, regardless of sex. If that's a problem, then they should make this site 18 and up only, and establish a secondary site for the minors. Easily said, but not easily agreed to. Good luck.
