I was really frustrated because I wasn&#8217;t taking off any weight. my training partner had taken off 20 pounds and I had gained 20. That was the last straw. I went to the Doctor and had a complete physical and blood work done. To make a long story short I was given some meds to put everything back in the right working order. The next thing I knew, the first 30 came off. My goals next are in 5 to 10 pounds at a time. Photos coming soon.
