Watch what you ingest before and after you workout
Wednesday, July 2nd, 2008Today I started monitoring my intake before a workout. A multivitamin, fish oil, animal pak, B6, B12, Vitamin C, 3 creatine capsules and a protein shake. During my workout I drink water and SIZE ON. My postworkout I drink a whey protein shake with soymilk, glutamine, zinc/magnesium and arginine.
