Psalm 139
You created my inmost being, you knit me together in my mother’s womb, I praise you because I am fearfullly and WONDERFULLY MADE! Your works are wonderful I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you. when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in you book before one of them came to be.
I was unformed, now I am sculpting my body as an outstanding temple of the Lord. You, Lord want me to be the best I can be and lead others to You. They were hungry and I gave them to eat. Press on, brothers and sisters. grow HUGE in the glory of the Lord. Peace, Rich

Ps 139 is one of my favorites as well. These are the only temples we will be given in this life. I agree we should take care of them the best we can.
