sucess again

well, i weighed in today at 206 pounds.

i have learned some very valuable information and will be applying it over the course of the rest of my life.

superbowl this weekend.
i need to make sure i dont eat to much .

my goal is to weigh in at 205 this monday. lets see how that goes.

success with calories

im currently drained of energy. i would not mind staying in. and just watching movies today.
ive been out enough for a while.

well, keep this blog short.
im studying some pretty cool stuff.

Today i did weigh in .6 pounds lighter. heres to the future.

music

I love music so much. as a matter of fact, i know guys that use steroids and dont listen to music.
i feel for them. i wonder if they know what they are missing.

write now, i got I still kill by akon and 50 cent on. what can i say? not the best song, but still, plays good.
did some back and yoga today?
do any dudes reading this do yoga?

i do about 30 mins 2 times a week.
its helped me, spiritually and with my muscles. it helps get rid of the bulky muscle look. and contract better as far as im concerned.

It takes me about 20 mins to get fully warmed up.

Today i took atrophex and a red bull. I ate a huge salad, at jasons deli, (huge)
couldnt even throw in the chicken i bought.
which i found surprising.

Im putting together a fitness challenge for the club i work at .

if anybody reading this wants to sponsor, or donate a prize. you will be doing something good ofcourse, and, your company name or your name will be announced if you like.

The scale.

If you look at my progress, it is fluctuating. Granted i am over calories on some days. but this is a concept in the zig zag method.

so. what do you all think it is. am i leaner, yes. Ill put a picture up later. My digital camera is being super stupid. I think i need a new one. yet again.
word of advice, buy the insurance at best buy for all the stuff you want to last you years.

But feel free to comment on what you all think is going on.
my thoughts, the glycogen levels are fluctuating, muscle mass is going up, and fat loss is fluctuating a little bit.

when i weight 206 on saturday, i had finished Friday with Sushi. but i did also have tequila and 1 beer.
i never used to count those calories. i do now.
you live you learn.

well anyhow, i was happy to see my brother for the first time in so many months, over 8 months, and we ate at chillis, mushroom burger, than bbq burgers and macaroni, at home, so monday i weighed in at 211 on monday. thats 48 hours, and thats , 5 pounds.
weight gain is not an issue for me.

gained some muscle

Some individuals. men i meet, typically younger guys. say that have trouble gaining weight. i remember being 21 and wanting to weigh 215.
No my goal is to weigh 199 pounds.

Today should be a high calorie expenditure day.
weights an hour, cycling, and yoga.

just under 1000 is what typically turn out to.
If everything comes into place i should weigh in at 209 or even 208 tomorrow.
we will have to see. i feel as i have put on 2 pounds of muscle this January.
its the only way i can explain the weight gain of 5 pounds over night.

blogs, and writing ….about fitness

I write blogs a good amount for myspace at times. so now i am starting up some here. well, here goes.

Ive noticed that I gained a good amount of weight in 2 days. the calories were high. ate at chillis and a home bbq.
i weighed in at 206 on saturday. and today at 211.5. What a damn jump.

What I have learned is that people love to waist your time.
My pet peeve, is wasting time.

so as far as the weight gain. i put on some muscle. i hit legs pretty heavy during the week. but my goal is to be at 204 by this next saturday. I suppose that is what i weigh without much glycogen.

I like to eat whatever i want. it allows me to not feel like i am missing out on anything.

Abs, pictures, and nutrition

Ha. i cant believe ive gone so long with guesstimating. i dont take steroids.
i just dont want the side effects.  

i looked at pics of women here on bodyspace, and im inspired. ive been doing well, but im determined for the loner haul. now.
i just want that defined mid section.
ive busted my self for 11 years. so here is to this year. of perfection.
I wont be able to get in training today though.

todays sculpting

January 22, 2009

Today I trained my legs.
I began with 80 pounds on lunges. and hip adductor.

i than moved to squats. 214 pounds 4 sets 10 reps.
did some leg curls. 125-140 pounds weight 10 reps 4 sets
went to dead lifts.
did good calve work
did some hack squat work as well.

I had a little under 3000 calories.
all good stuff.
I hope to weigh in tomorrow at 207.5

I need to wake up early and play some guitar.
thats it. for this first blog. im tired.
