Good lift good run.
Did some good shoulders this morning. Push presses, flys, shrugs. Superset arms straight bar curls 5X6 and close grip bench3×10, db ext 3×10,8,6. a couple of rep sets on the dip bar and preacher curls.
run yesterday knocked out 5miles in 36min. good recovery day. 10k race this week end looking forward to that.

ended up doing a Mountain bike race and it was brutally tough but awesome! I did run a 15 miler the other day about 2:10:00 that is the longest I have ever run. It was the same day as the columbus 1/2 we were going to head down but a buddy of mine failed to get us a room in time. I was a little bummed but saved myself a 300 dollar weekend…nice to know I could do it and I ran a bunch of hills the day before so who knows what I could do fresh? we’ll see. Thanks for commenting have you been getting some racing in?
