Ok, The plan here is to post something daily, and if I do this then I’ll have to eat right and train right, right? lol Anyway normal breakfast 5 whole eggs two peices wheat toast cup oatmeal teaspoon peanut butter two teaspoons honey and a banana. lunch turnkey roll up on wheat with cheese and bean soup. no protien drink yet and about to hit the gym at 1600. planning on doing chest and cardio with abs. probably run a mile after chest and then do abs. Abs and calfs are my two weekest body parts. Although my buddies alway say my abs aren’t as small as I think. Pics don’t lie though folks. Ok we will see how all this goes.
