after a break from writing any blogs i decided tonight to update it!
training is going fantastic.tri setting each body part at the moment,splitting my training mon:back/chest,wed:legs,fri:delts/bi’s/tri’s.followed by 20-25min hiit.tues,thurs and sunday’s are purely cardio days,again only 20-25mins.
leanest ive ever been.

back on form.

well the hen weekend is finally here,all those weeks of clean eating and hard training have paid off,this week every day i have done interval training,circuits and power walking with the buggy in between.i have made it down to 62kg(actually just under i lost another 1ld since weighing yesterday!)my fancy dress costume looks fantastic(even if i do say so myself)bikini is also in the case!!yoo hoo.mind you im absolutely knackered and one drink and i’ll be asleep and miss the lot!
next goal..wedding day at 58kg.

am i anal??

ive trained really hard since thursday(henweekend looming)twice thursday:body combat class in the morrning,body pump in the evening.
friday:legs in the morning,circuit training in the evening.sat:45mins cardio,sun:light legs(squats and lunges without weights)45mins cardio then finished with abs.few!!!this friday im off on my hen weekend with the girls…exciting you may think…but it usually involves copious amounts of alcohol!!??!!.im loving my results of my training and clean eating and im terrified of the thought of ruining it.am i being completely anal in not wanting to drink on my own hen party??should i just chill enjoy and put right when i get back??i dont want to spoil the fun but…….help!!!

did my 50mins of cardio yesterday,treadmill,ski machine and bike.splitting it up helps the monotony of it!!then followed with abs, did them till i felt that lovely oh god im going to puke feeling!anyway today was back day,lifted heavier today and was really pleased.during my whole workout today i was kept entertained by the walk about man!!for a whole hour he stretched,walked about a bit,drank some water,walked about a bit,set up his weights,walked about a bit,oh more stretching,water,walk,looking mean and moody in the mirror,set up more weights,oh he’s going to lift…no just moving his towel.this continued for an hour,but i take my hat off to him he still managed to leave the gym sweaty!!!!cant wait to see what he does tommorow.

i really pounded my delts today from every angle like i did with my back.then on to my triceps same again hit them with every exercise i could think of.then onto cardio!30mins split between treadmill,bike and ski machine.felt great after.

did two classes back to back today.hour of combat followed by an hour of body pump.felt fantastic,adding carbs back into my diet is really working for me,stepped up the fat burning prosess and is defiantly making me leaner.

took some advice off a body blog i read and blasted my back with every back exercise i could think of and then biceps.it took longer than normal and i was shattered!!but still determined to add fat burn at the end.i managed 15mins power walk on an incline,then that was me spent!

started my session off with unweighed squats with a ball between my knees,they work the inner thigh as well as my butt(three sets)then 3 sets of lunges.on to the treadmill 50 mins of intervals.5min run 10.5-11.0,5min walk on incline 7-7.5.finished off with 5 mins on the bike.felt good.
