FUNNEL CAKE
So I’ve been into this “new” diet for 4 weeks now. What I changed:
No carbs for night. Ie. no rice, ww pasta or my FF greek yogurt -yumm #drooling#
Mostly fish, chicken, turkey chops on lettuce, goat cheese feta crumbles, and no calorie preserv.
As about the change on my body. Nothing really special or earthshaking. Which makes me sad. I have not cheated -ok, I had 2 harvest nut grain or what pancake at Ihop-, and it does not seem like worth it. If I can look and feel the same, why not? I still have massive fat around my thighs, my belly, cellulite and I am not gaining muscle.
Next weekend I am going to cheat, I am gonna have a nice big FUNNEL CAKE! and ice cream
