help…..drained and in bed…eating properly….using glutamine for recovery..eating protien lb for lb. but not sleeping properly…any tips on sleeping..

if you haven’t solved your sleeping problem try cutting carbs 6 hours prior to bed and try stretching the body while mentally shutting down the mind (meditative style) just before bed. Doesn’t always work but more often then not it does the trick.

Hey Angie! Have you tried ZMA? The Magnesium asparate in it might help you get some better sleep. You get some crazy dreams off it too.

I also use ZMA’s before bed. It really gives me good restful sleep. Good luck and much success to you!

Maybe yr not eating enough carbs throughout the day. When my carbs r low, I tend not to sleep that well.
